Industrial Engineer

We are seeking skilled Industrial Engineers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our manufacturing processes to achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness. You will apply engineering principles and practices to improve our processes and systems, ensuring that they meet the evolving demands of smart manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze, design, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows.
Implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and methodologies.
Conduct time and motion studies to identify areas for process enhancement.
Develop and implement cost-reduction initiatives and quality control systems.
Design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
Assist in troubleshooting new or existing product problems involving designs, materials, or processes.
Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
Communicate findings and proposals effectively to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Proven 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial engineering principles.
Proficiency in statistical analysis and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proficient in the use of CAD software and other engineering tools.
